The staff is friendly, accessible and accomodating. The amenities that are offered are really a bonus. They have a gym, a pool, a bar/lounge with a complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. The atmosphere is really prestigious looking. A great place to stay!! more

Stayed two nights on business. While staff is friendly, follow-up with customer "issues" is basically NON-EXISTENT. Given almost weekly travel across North America, this ES hotel has the poorest service that I have experienced at any Embassy Suites. Almost like a different company. Issue 1) Bathtub had 'wash down' still in the tub at checkin. I notified front desk (in... more

This hotel is set up in the standard Embassy Suites setup. The atrium is well-maintained, if a bit dated. The evening happy hour takes place every day, and includes a variety of free liquors, beer, wine, and sodas. The rooms have clearly been recently updated. The part that stood out the most to me was the spotless bathroom. I have... more

We needed two rooms, so we thought this was the best bet... hotel seems tired, not unclean (as in from the previous guest) per se, but certainly grimy and tired from what would seem like years of lack of attention. The staff was clearly just going through the motions. Worked out for a night at the airport. more

My husband and I travel to Atlanta about every 3 or 4 months for business purposes but the last time we went we combined business and fun at Six Flags. We almost always stay here as the staff is super friendly, the suites large, comfortable, and clean and they offer in-room coffee, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and free WiFi in the... more

After a long journey from Stockholm, we missed our connecting flight out of Atlanta. We needed a place to stay until we could fly out the following morning. We set our budget for $100 and used the courtesy phones at baggage claim. The central reservation agent gave us a rate of $89, found my Hilton Honors number and told us... more

We were coming on business and had reserved a 2 room suite. We get to our room and ended up at a door that was dented and chiseled around the door knob (we really felt safe). We walk in and the room is stinky, musty, one bedroom, a living room area, that is very cramped. That is what they consider the... more

This was our second stay at the Embassy Suites Atlanta Airport so we kind of knew what to expect. The parking attendant was nowhere to be found upon arrival so we had a minor inconvenience while waiting for him. He was eventually found by other patrons. My only complaint about this hotel is the parking-you have to get a passcode... more

The Embassy Suites are wonderful locations because of two things. Free drinks and free hot breakfast. Life is good! We stayed in Atlanta for the NASCAR race and there were plenty of "patrons" staying there for the same reason. The managers reception was hopping with "like-minded" individuals. It was a nice change of pace. The rooms are always nice here... more

Embassy's lately tend to be either really nice or really nasty. This one is quite nasty. Our room (king bed) was small. No sink in the bedroom. The rug was dated and worn. Access to wireless internet was $9 per 24 hrs, a real rip off. Self-parking was $7. The ATL airport jets screaming overhead seemed louder than they should... more
