Good - Employees were very polite and did their best to be helpful. Room was nice size, furnishings were fairly new and modern. Hotel lobby and common areas were clean. Could use improvement - housekeeping didn't vacuum room daily or wipe off surfaces. Included breakfast was VERY basic. Could have been a little nicer as room rate was not rock... more

After much research my husband and I stayed here for one night prior to an early morning flight and we couldn't have been more pleased. I've attached several photos because I believe they show more than words can describe. We paid about $45.00 and booked through Hotwire. The rate was phenomenal on its own but when you consider ALL of... more

I loved this hotel. The rooms were very nice, TV was great, sitting area was a plus, you didn't feel like you were in a standard hotel room. Could have used a hairdryer, the one and only time I didn't bring one, but the room did have them. My only problem, there is nothing close by in the form of... more

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place. I will definitely stay on future travels. We got a great rate through Hyatt and the room was great, too. Clean and comfortable and the tv was perfect. We stayed three nights- so we had contact with a lot of front desk personnell. For the most part- they bent over backwards to... more

This was an unblievably bad experience. I had to wait nearly a half-hour when I first showed up as an advance person for my group before anyone from the hotel would even talk to me. They messed up my reservation. They messed up my groups reservation. In fact, they messed up all the reservations in the whole hotel and by... more

I will refrain from being long winded and give you the highlights: -When they say breakfast is over at 10AM, the actually mean they start packing up at 9:52AM so get there early. -Continental breakfast does not include any meat like my partner thought, but I enjoyed the English muffins. -There will be a black and brown tray in your... more

I stayed at this hotel last month for what was supposed to be two nights. After one night there, I had to do an early check out because it was so gross. This place looks like a converted Howard Johnson. The doors were scuffed on the outside and looked like it had seen one too many hotel fights. The mattress... more

I came in for a overnight visit and I love this hotel. It is a great value for the money, and the staff is awesome! Very classy establishment, and the flat screen tv's are great! I recommend this hotel for anyone visting Georgia. Make sure to call hotel for shuttle if you are coming in from airport. more

We were absolutely thrilled with this hotel! Just $53 on Priceline ($40 plus the booking fees) and it turned out to be easily worth at least double. Everything was great--the free shuttle from the airport, the friendly people at the desk, the spiffy little computer nook in the lobby where you can go online and use the laser printer free... more
