When it was time for us to leave for the wedding, a terrible storm arrived. The desk clerk called to see if we needed an umbrella. We told her we had one in the car. A few moments later, she arrived at our room with an umbrella to keep the driver dry to get into the car. She directed us... More

I always had some apprehension about staying at any Quality Inn as I found them to be of uneven quality. The one in Clayton turned out just fine. It clearly has been updated. The room was a good size, and clean. The mattress was firm and the linens and towels were of good quality. The people at the front desk were... More

We travel to the area regularly and have avoided this place because of the price. Our regular places were full so we had to stay here. The place looks nice from the outside. The check in was difficult. The girl at the counter was by herself and on the phone. She never acknowledged that we were there as we waited... More

John and Kenzie made checking in a breeze even though we presented them with questions and asked to see the handicapped room before completing the process. John was in his third day of training and handled is as expert. The room had all the amenities plus a comfortable sofa. Breakfast was outstanding - sausage, eggs, pastry toast, waffles - as... More

I got in late, about 11pm and was greeted well. The room is like most of this type. 213 was clean, neat and fresh. King bed confortable. If any complaint it would be the noise of the AC but in some cases, noise can be a good thing. Morning Bfast was ample - It's eggs, bacon, a waffle station, yogurt,... More

Super nice for older hotel. The staff from check in to check out could not have been any better nicer or professional! Stayed three nights n was very happy with accommodations. Evening shift went out of her way to assist in providing places n their directions for adventures !

I am writing this review to let Victoria the GM at Quality Inn Suites know and any other guests thinking of staying here know that this is a beautiful hotel and it has the most kind hearted employee I ever met in my life. I was traveling in the area going to charlotte NC and got extremely lost. I was... More

We have stayed at this location 5 or 6 times over the last 3 months; the staff is excellent, well mannered, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is above average; waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bread and pastries. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, apparently hotel has recently undergone an upgrade and the staff are proud of the hotel

We booked the Quality Inn at the last minute for an overnight stay prior to driving up to Highlands, NC to see the Fall colors. We probably should have kept looking. I'm not really picky and usually don't complain. However, the rate we paid was extremely high for the room we got. I guess they're taking advantage of the seasonal... More

We stayed here to visit mountains and Helen, Ga. I choose to stay here rather than right in Helen, because I didn't want to stay right in town. It was a good choice. it's a pleasant drive through the mountains, and Clayton is much less crowded then some of the other tourist destinations nearby. This property is close enough to... More
