This hotel is very large, and on the way into the Park. They own both sides of the road, and both best westerns. The restaurant is the only one around, and service can be a bit "unique" but we had good meals, and a great breakfast. I stayed across the street at the other BW, but waiting for people at... More

Rooms were adequate, location is fabulous for Bryce, good historic atmosphere, but.... So many accommodation blocks have been built on, but the restaurant has not been expanded to match and is always extremely crowded. On days when there are several coach trips using the inn, the queue for meals, particularly breakfast, goes through reception and all round the large gift... More

This hotel is conveniently located near Bryce and suited my needs perfectly. In bad weather, it may be a little walk to the awesome gift shop and very good restaurant, but the indoor pool and closeness to Bryce made up for that. Highly recommended.

Ruby's has a festive touristy atmosphere. Everything is here that you possibly need. Shopping, park transportation, a laundry, dining options. It is conveniently located to the park entrance. The rooms are clean and upgraded. The bed was comfy and the steaks in the restaurant were very tasty and delicious.

We stayed here on the way to Vegas from Lake Powell and found the hotel to be comfortable with good beds and room facilities. However there was a bit of a smell in the room which, whilst not overpowering, was noticeable on entry. I think the room was just a bit tired and in need of decorating and new carpets.... More

Friendly staff, great restaurant within the grounds and the food is tasty, very reasonably priced and the servings are more than ample. The fact that the food is great is verified by the line present every evening for a seat, luckily the line moves fast. There is an excellent gift shop and grocery store that is very well stocked whether... More

Been there for two nights. Staff @ reception were youngsters, who had more eye for each other than guests (making jokes, playing games behind counter, it takes a while before they react when you are standing in front of the reception because they are too busy with each other). Room was very nice and clean. Too bad there's no bar,... More

Booked this hotel early in the year when planning a trip to States. Later I broke my leg but was on the mend, but I did email, the hotel to ask if we could be given a room on the ground floor as I was still finding it difficult to climb stairs. We had received an acknowledgement which was great. However... More

There is little at Bryce Canyon resort except a few small shops at Rudy's Inn. The shop has an impressive arrangement of assorted gifts. The restaurant facilities are okay but expect to queue if you don't get there too early. The food is average for an American-style motels. The rooms are large and designed for travellers with two suitcases. There... More

The hotel contact me 5 days in advance to schedule horse back riding, it said nothing about cancellation. When we got there I wanted to cancel the horse back riding and they said I had to give 48 hour notice. I showed them my reservation online and it said nothing about a cancellation fee, it was booked through the hotel... More
