First time staying here. Room was ok other than extremely noisy plumbing from other rooms. Had we not gotten up early, the plumbing noise would have wakened us. Biggest complaint however was the extremely poor service in the restaurant each time we ate there. Took forever to get waited on and for the food,

I was in Brice Canyon with a group and we had an amazing stay in Ruby's Inn In the main building we found all the services we needed and a perfectt assistance from the staff. We enjoyed also a funny Country dinner Thanks to everyone!

Ruby's is one of the better places to stay at Bryce. It's an excellent location and there's places to eat and do all sorts. There's a convenience store that's a little on the ka-ching side of things but has all the basics that you would need. The rooms are not that spectacular but they're comfortable and have what you'd need.... More

Old facility showing its age. The place was the only game in town on Dec. Not to bad if you don't mind having to slam your door to close it, and listen to your neighbors do the same. Taking a shower was a pain, literally!! warm water, then you get scolded then frozen, could not regulate the temperature. They advertized... More

Stayed here through a booked tour - so didn't really choose the Inn. Room was good size, non-smoking, on the ground floor (didn't have to drag luggage up the stairs - no elevator, but this could be a problem with those experiencing mobility issues) of 2 storey buildings. They had everything you needed - buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On-site... More

Average room with microwave and mini-fridge. The hotel was clean but seemed outdated overall. The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the park, and is probably the closest accommodation to Bryce apart from the lodge that is inside the park itself. Wi-fi was slow. Front desk staff was reasonably helpful. There is a restaurant and general store that are... More

As we drove into Bryce Canyon City on the 4th day of our weeklong road trip through AZ and UT my cell phone rang and showed a local number calling. It turned out to be the New Western Motel up the road in Panguitch where we had a reservation for that night. They were terribly sorry but it appeared they... More

We arrived after midnight, odd stuff going on in Lobby, Gean tourist scrolling thru rows of faces of young women. It felt like a prostitution ring. Our non English speaking maid looked haggard & was harshly treated by older supervisor.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in November. We wanted to stay in the Bryce Canyon National Park Lodge but it was closed for the season. Unfortunately, there are no other nice accommodations near Bryce. We reserved their top room which was supposed to have an in room hot tub. The hot tub was there but the... More

I guess you could call this complex a tourist trap, but we were still pleasantly surprised by the hotel in general and our room. Everything you need (or didn't know you needed) is here for the purchasing. The room we had was on an upper floor in back of the main lodge, overlooking the pool. Nice, clean, quiet.
