Same chain as we used in Page, but a world of difference. Room was clean comfortable and the staff were more than good. The food was fantastic and we were served quickly and very politely. Fantastic base for visiting Bryce Canyon and all it has to offer. Don't forget to get a ticket for the show across the road. I... More

Nice, fun place to stay. Close to Bryce Canyon. Lots of amenities at the hotel, such as, restaurant, gift shop, store, great pool, quiet. We stayed in September, which is a busy season. Expect to see a few tour busses there and some waiting in line to get seated for the restaurant.

We recently spent 3 nights in Ruby Land. Bryce Canyon City should really be called Rubyville. All kinding aside, it is quite an operation. The room was clean and nice. They have everything covered that you could possibly want. Everything from regular guest rooms, camping all the way to tepees. The general store was quite impressive, you would be hard... More

Room clean and tidy in a quiet location. Ate in the "resturant" charged $60 for ribs, steak and soda. The tip was included at $9 for non existent service had to ask for soda refills none of that good old American service!!!!! Oh and the ribs were microwaved with the sauce dumped on top. When I complained at the till... More

Accommodations were just average but price was high compared to other travel motel chains for the same features.. Probably because there is little competition in this area. Room was on ground floor with window looking out onto loading dock ramp. Breakfast was not included.

Our stay at the Best Western PLUS Ruby's Inn was very nice. The front desk clerk was very helpful in finding us accomodations elsewhere since we had not made a reservation. We have been traveling the West for 2 weeks and have been able to get good lodging without advance booking, but Bryce Canyon was the exception. We were able... More

This is our fifth stay at Ruby's Inn. We wanted to be sure of a ground floor room as one of our party had pulled a groin muscle and could not do stairs. They were kind enough to change our reservation to an accessible room which had a very large bathroom, and a nice low tub. The room overlooked the... More

Room OK. Food quite good but crazy queue for breakfast and fairly long for evening dinner. Join by 6.30 am for breakfast when doors open else you might miss your coach - 13 at the hotel when we were there. And they expect a big tip for a buffet!

Our room was in the main lodge, ground floor. We requested (and paid extra for) the hydro-massage therapy bathtub, which was really delightful. Ruby's Inn has been around for a long time; I think it was the first hotel outside of Bryce Canyon. It's a huge complex of buildings, spreading across the main road leading into Bryce Canyon. Our room... More
