I stayed here for one night with my wife and two daughters (ages 11 and 13). We got two adjoining rooms, but had to call to get the adjoining doors fixed because they would not open at first. I'm happy to say that it was fixed rather quickly, faster than I expected. There are two Best Western Hotels and Ruby's... More

Ruby's Inn is the best place to stay if you are visiting Bryce national Park. The rooms are large and equipped with high quality furniture, great bathrooms, beds and all other amenities. For sure we will return to this hotel!

Very large multi building property spread out over 5-7 city block area on 2 sides of the highway. The shuttle stop and ticket office is right out in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The place is neat and clean but it is the ONLY game in town. Rubys has all the restaurants, stores, and snack bars in... More

We arrived for our one day visit to Bryce National Park and was immediately greeted by a very nice and friendly guest check in specialist. The hotel has been remodeled but is quite old. It has outside entry doors with no elevators and consists of many buildings. . We asked for a second floor room and got one facing the... More

I had stayed at Ruby's Inn in 1996, and remembered it to be rather big and hectic, but pretty nice just the same, so I booked it again. Now, Ruby's Inn is perfectly located for visiting Bryce Canyon - just one mile to the national park. Despite the room's being very clean and the amenities offered by the motel (laundromat,... More

Very close to park but that is the only positive. All facilities in this area owed by one outfit so no competition. Upon check in, room had over powering scent o deodorizer. Left windows open and after one day scent decreased revealing foul odor coming from sink trap. Bathroom was not adequately clean. Food was terrible and no other options... More

First of all, shame on the National Parks for allowing this type of establishment anywhere near one of the most pristine and gorgeous places in America. (Someone mentioned that Ruby must be rolling in her grave, and I think that's true.) It's too bad that our overall experience in Bryce Canyon was tarnished by this joke of an inn. Firstly,... More

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. Urine and pubic hairs on the toilet. We were woken up my the housekeeper at 8am sharp asking when we were checking out. At 815 in the morning a forklift came by the pick up a pallet of supplies that had been left in the breezeway next to our room. Why it... More

Stayed here 1 night on tour of National Parks in Utah. Room itself was barely OK, below what I would consider acceptable at a Best Western. In early morning , I went to take my shower. Adjusted the water temperature to moderate, and began shampooing my hair. About half way through, the water temperature suddenly changed to very hot. I... More

Well situated for the park but a bit of a monopoly. The room we had was in the lakeside lodge with a great view over the Lake. Indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were both very good but could have done with some larger changing rooms. The general store and gift shop were huge but pricey. Alcohol is served from a... More
