Beautiful old house. JC and Nancy made sure we were comfortable. The pool was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch overlooking the shady backyard. Breakfast was exactly what we needed for our long bicycle ride home. Note: I recommend one of the rooms with a private bath. The bathroom that is shared by two rooms is actually... More

Wanted a quiet location to rest at night since our weekend stay was packed with meetings and events in a nearby town. This was a perfect place with a beautiful drive to and from events to decompress. The host was extremely gracious and a marvelous cook. The room we stayed in had a private bathroom, comfy bed and a great... More

My sister and I spent two nights at this wonderful inn. The host is completely charming, yet not obstrusive, and Tumlin House is lovely. There is no comparison in the area for lodging - with a relaxing personal touch. We felt welcome, and the breakfast was delicious. Will always remember our stay - and will make a point to return.... We recently needed to stay in Cave Springs for a High School Reunion and found this great little Bed & Breakfast! The home is beautiful, the bedroom was very comfortable and had a private bath. The Food was delicious and the Owners were wonderful! It's a great place to escape a busy life and just relax at the pool or... More

The B&B itself is pretty nice, well-decorated, with lots of magazines and movies for entertainment. The food is good too, and the owners are nice. There is not much privacy, the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept...and Cave Spring is not that great of a town. I would recommend staying in Rome and driving over for the day. Also... More

Husband and I enjoyed a relaxing getaway in Ruby's room at the Tumlin House. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. This is a wonderful place for a quiet getaway; the town's population is only about 900, meaning no Wal-Mart or fast food places. Breakfasts were fantastic. In addition to coffee and juice on both days, the first morning we... More

A comfortable, quiet B&B in a small town. Good place to relax but still in a good location < 15 miles from Rome, GA, with several attractions. Owner are retired educators with fascinating stories and historical ties to the property. Excellent breakfasts - we skipped lunch each day.
