Rooms are outdated. AC is like a motel 6 from the 90's. definitely not up to normal Hampton inn standards. Chose Hampton as the HGI in cartersville was full. Breakfast was terrible, even the oatmeal was disgusting, I couldn't eat it. Never again, I will stay at HGI or go up to Dalton..,

This Hampton Inn is by name only, not the quality you'd expect from a Hilton family property. If you are a Hilton Honors member, you will be disappointed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a safe, clean quiet place to stay in Cartersville! The staff was polite, informative and quick to meet our checkin/out needs and answer the questions we had.

Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would stay here again and tell others the same. The price is descent and the overall area is quite. I will also say that the hotel is older but still very clean and well kept.

Lobby and atrium/breakfast smelled strongly of smoke. Odor carried into hallways outside rooms. Desk staff stood in open entry smoking (observed on 3 different occasions). Linens were badly worn (holes). Breakfast was sparse and poorly prepared.
