“In Cartersville for training”

Love the hotel. Priced right and clean. Checking in was a little bothersome. Had to startle the desk attendant by speaking loudly and saying, "May I check in?" “Embarrassed”

The hotel might be nice but they treat the employees like crap I was there the other day and the general manager was yelling at an employee in the front desk area that was beyond unprofessional and I was shocked and embarrassed I was even standing there

“Looking back”

This hotel is very clean. The staff is unbelievably nice and courteous. My only down-side is that they are only equipped with one room that has a walk-in shower. I have trouble getting my legs into the tub since my stroke. I would recommend this hotel for traveling adults. There is no swimming pool for kids or a play area.

The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. I stay in an extended stay room, I have been there for over 6 months (4 nights per week) I wish there was a fitness room in the building
