I arrived at 9pm and no one was at the desk. I called out several times and called on the phone but still no one came. I thought maybe the owner was asleep and I was very tired myself and wanted to get to my room. I opened the office door to knock on the owners private door which was... More

Stayed at this hotel for business and reading the reviews I was a little nervous - but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. I found the beds to be comfortable, the bathrooms bright and clean and the overall room and carpet to be updated and nice. The only things I did not like was; no elevator so you have... More

Upon arrival we were told the indoor pool was not open. The room smelled sour. Breakfast was very limited. Stayed one night because of cancelation policy. May have been best value but not Americas best choice.

This hotel had a pretty large room in a quiet part of town. Comfortable beds with a clean bathroom and showers. Staff was very accommodating. Overall, enjoyed the stay as it was a quick one for business. All I needed was a clean and quiet place to sleep, this hotel provided just that. I stayed at other hotels in Carrollton,... More

So you're on the road and reach Carrollton in early evening. Where to stay? Given that Carrollton is a small city, options are limited; the fall-back choice is a hotel in a well-known chain, which hopefully will insure at least a minimum level of quality. This Best Western fits that description, based on my recent experience with a one-night stay.... More

Over all, the stay was good. The location was not bad, the room was quiet, the hotel was not crowded. Breakfast could have been better, especially if you prefer to avoid carbohydrates. The room was fair, with the exception of a pile of toenail clippings in the floor. I just made sure that I did not allow my things in... More

Carrollton by its own admission is a rather small and secluded area, speak to any local and they will say the same. The choice of the Best Western was obvious as it was the newest looking and biggest name I could find in town. Check in was a fun experience, with the lady overwhelmed by two English people checking in.... More

Front desk owner/mgr very rude. Wanted to cancel due to isolated location and he insisted I must check in to cancel. He was offended I would not give his hotel a try. Located next to empty strip mall and no cars in parking lot. Felt like a Twilight Zone episode.

Hi I normally Never Ever complain much but after looking on line I booked. At time of check in the older gentleman was not the nicest I've encountered. I got to my room and it smelled of urine, the bathroom smelled. I knew I was not gonna get my money back so I just accepted that one night wont kill... More
