We stayed at this hotel while en route to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Easy access on/off I575. We arrived in the afternoon and it was not busy so check-in was quick and the rate was $63.00 (Tuesday). Another reviewer noted that there is no elevator to the second floor, so stairs are the only option if you are physically challenged. Overall the... more

This is a 2 story hotel with no elevator (and handicapped rooms on the 2nd floor). You have to lug your bags up the stairs. Refrigerator in room pounds like a jackhammer; reports to management resulted in no action whatsoever. Breakfast is very sparse and poorly presented. 'Public' computer in lobby is 25 cents a minute, $3 minimum. Maid service... more
