Second time we'd stayed at this hotel. This time it was no way as good as the first. Really thin walls (had a room on ground floor this time), needs updating (wallpaper started to fall off, some refurnishment needed. Made front desk aware of this, but seemed not very interested. Breafast good (but why not real silver ware ???), internet... more

Stayed here for 4 nights while in town for a family wedding. We are long time Marriott Rewards members and requested a higher floor room, got the first floor. Rooms are a bit out dated with peeling wallpaper, but a good size. One day we had no maid service so we just went to the desk and got clean towels... more

This hotel has paper thin walls. It did not help when three bus loads of teenage children arrived and they proceeded to bang the doors, yell, and run down the hallways until 2:30 AM in the morning! The fitness center had only three machines. The room was small with older style TV's & furniture. Would NOT stay here again. The... more

My girlfriend and I had stayed here on New Year's Eve and it was a nice stay. The hotel is basically in the same parking lot as Red Lobster, Olive Gardern, and On the Border, and trust me that was nice!! Oh, and it's a skip away from the Mall of GA (right in front of he Hotel). Check-In was... more

I was back at this location on my most recent trip. I had skipped this hotel in favor of trying a Holiday Inn and found this property is much better. I love the restaurants within walking distance, the ease of freeway access, and the staff. I have always been pleasantly greated by the staff every time I enter this property.... more

Room was spacious and clean. We were a tad disappointed that there was no door between the living area and the sleeping area, but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing because we were traveling with an infant who slept in the living area. The extra sink in the kitchenette came in handy for bottle washing, but I was disappointed that... more

We relocated to this property for two nights after one unpleasant night in Fairfield Inn, Alpharetta, GA. It's too bad we weren't aware of this place first. It was a really nice hotel, pleasant staff, nice hot tub, in-room Internet access, and spacious rooms. The price was very reasonable for the accomodations, and Marriott should upgrade their rating for this... more

I was expecting a hotel with less wear and tear as I believe it's relatively new to the area, but it is due for an overhaul. Not bad, but could be a good bit better. It's located right across the street from the Mall of GA and tons of restaurants and close to Lake Lanier, so location is great. The... more

Our family of 4 stayed at the Springhill Suites at the Mall of Georgia. The room is very nicely decorated and clean. However, for a family of 4 who used the sofa sleeper (VERY uncomfortable)it was not big enough. The king bed was also very very uncomfortable. Stay at the Wingate Inn. Much larger rooms and very comfortable beds. more

I stayed here three nights on a recent trip to Gainsville, GA (30 minutes). The location was great, the staff was warm and welcoming, tons of food choices close by (walking distance), and the internet connection was perfect. My only critique is that they served the same exact breakfast two mornings in a row. They should mix it up a... more
