Stayed for 3 nights in May while my son attended a nearby racing school. Not many choices on this end of Atlanta. Service was very good, we were greeted each time we left and returned. Any problem was responded to quickly. Rooms were cleaned promptly. They are a little dated, no flat screen tv and limited channels. Bathrooms are nice,... more

My husband and I visited Chateau Elan to celebrate our 7 year wedding anniversary. We actually visited at a rather slow time...which was perfectly fine by us. We were amazed at the attentiveness of the staff and the wonderful amenities of the property. I personally, thought the food was superb. In my experience, resort food has been just so-so, but... more

My husband and I stayed at Chateau Elan in November 2007. My husband was attending a conference at the hotel and I was going along for fun. When we first arrived we noticed a couple of weddings being held. We stopped and watched a beautiful ceremony. There was a lot of noise that evening in the hallway with doors slamming,... more

Having stayed at the Chateau Elan resort several times, I never cease to be amazed at the service. From the moment you arrive at the property, the staff is doing everything possible to make your stay an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Tours of the winery are available and quite enjoyable; even our young daughter had fun! Don't miss out of the... more

We went to Chateau Elan for a romantic evening without the kids. A bit laboreous to get to via Atlanta, but well worth the drive. Gorgeous landscape and accomodations. It is a strange and hard to come by combination of corporate and romantic. We saw companies having meetings there; yet, as a couple, we felt and found private romantic moments... more

Found special rates on Travelzoo.com Excellent resort with 2 great golf courses. Very accomodating staff. Only complaint is that they charge $10. per day if you want internet access. Nice variety of restaurants. Best value for breakfast and luch is the golf clubhouse. more

I felt like I should put 2 cents in after spending last friday night at the inn. I'd been there last year for a business meeting and was pretty impressed w/ the rooms, enjoyed seeing vineyards and sampling wines. Its no central california, but napa isnt a 20 minute drive away either :) Thought it would be worth coming back... more

Where do we begin? My husband and I are professionals who work between 60-70 hours a week, so we were looking for a nice weekend getaway. I heard so many positive comments about this winery and resort that we decided to try it for ourselves. It looked perfect on the website; the grounds looked beautiful and immaculate. It didn't hurt... more

Be Careful of this place. The charge you for things you didn't do or buy. You try to talk to them about it and they dismiss you and do nothing to change their mistake. more

The Chateau was lovely--well kept grounds and immaculate facilities. Our suite was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom which was roomy with a glass enclosed shower. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Our visit to the spa was great. The women's changing area was one of the largest and nicest as any spa I've seen. There are several... more
