We had a great time at Chateau Elan. Our room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable. The wine tour and wine tastings were fun. We got some delicious wines there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great meal at the Versailles Restaurant. I can't wait to go back. more

Almost everything was great, the place immaculate, the service efficient and very professionnal. The only thing who disapointed us was the poor quality and choices of food, whatever the restaurant. For that kind of Hotel, a decent Chef is a must to have. Sure this will improuve in the future, then the place will be just perfect. more

Chateau Elan was a nice, clean place to stay for a weekend, but is a bit expensive for what it is. I traveled there for a Girls Get-Away with my family – 6 women in our party ranging from ages 27-62. We had a wonderful time, but were disappointed by the management. Like the reviewer 6 entries below me, our... more

Lovely resort area, with winery, spa, close to shopping. Doormen open the doors for you, valet parking, staff from around the world are at your beck and call. Pampering at its best. Luxourious furninshings, robes provided to all, chocolates on the pillows, top of the line linens, flat screen tvs,Very large deep tub in bath, marble baths, Very upscale. The... more

After hosting Thanksgiving, my husband and I knew we would like to take a break to a nice property to relax. Chateau Elan is only an hour and a half from our home. We were able to check in at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. Our room was wonderful! The furnishings were very modern and included a plush king sized bed... more

I just wrote a 30-minute detailed review, hit a wrong button and lost it all. Therefore you only get the short summary: Loved the hotel, rooms were big, quiet, staff was friendly, restaurant good. $9.95 for internet is ridiculous when you can get it free at Motel 6. Actuall an insult when you're paying $239 for a room, Winery and... more

i could seriously go on and on about this resort. so i will make it short and focus on the things most important to my family and I. The staff was amazing and I introduced myself to the manager who was obviously well suited to his position. He made sure everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and informative and... more

My husband & I just got back from our 2nd anniversary trip to CE. This was our fourth visit in the past 2 years and this was our best trip. The room was clean and cleaned every day at a decent time. Dinner was great at the versailles. We had breakfast their each morning as well which was yummy. I... more

Beware when making reservations at this place. If they've made a mistake on your reservation (such as putting in the wrong date), if you don't catch it on their email you'll have to pay for their mistake (even when they admit they entered the wrong date). In my case, this meant getting billed for a full day of "relaxation and... more

The Chateau Elan Winery is a very beautiful place to get away. It is known for it's own winery and tasteful house wine. The property is breath taking and the staff is very nice. There is a breakfast and lunch buffet which is really good, but serves very similar items daily. There are also other resturants on the property one... more
