“What a nice hotel... CLEAN and upgraded services”

This was a great hotel. Front Desk staff was great! Check in a breeze... evening snacks.. really nice breakfast (as far as breakfast bars go)... and room and hotel were very CLEAN. “Good place to stay”

This was a great hotel with a good price. The clerk at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, nice area andthe breakfast the next morning was good too. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

“Not a good experience”

This location was not up to the standards of a Best Western Plus. The decor wasn't that good . The beds looked lumpy but it was due to the duvets on them. Our room had an odor due to exterminators being there that day. Dead bugs were on the floor. Staff gave us another room which was clean and odorless.... More

“Convenience and Value”

We were going to the Jacksonville Zoo and Amelia Island on our weekend trip. The hotel was conveniently located about 15 miles from the Island and 6 miles from the zoo. “The best Best Western”

This is by far the best BW we've ever stayed at. There are alot of extras. The entry and reception area is exceptional. A nice place to sit and visit. The staff was great. The room has alot of extras. We will definitely come back!

“Great Staff, Good Stay, Slight Noise Problem”

The staff were great, I couldn't ask for more polite professional service. I would have given this property a top rating had it not been for the quite loud buzzing (I think transformer noise) from outside my room. The Breakfast was kind of small but the food was hot and good quality.

We do apologize about the noise and wish we could have helped with the issue. We are glad to hear that all employees lived up to the southern hospitality that we are so well known for. “Change in name, not service”

This used to be a Country Inn & Suites. Sadly, it was sold but gladly it's rating remains the same. We've stayed in this hotel several times, before and after the change.
