I write this review with mixed emotions. I really wanted to like this place, but too many faults makes it impossible for me to rate it higher than just average. I'm guessing this is one of the nicer accommodations in the Bukittinggi area, with a uniquely beautiful main house filled with intriguing art, set atop the hills of the Sumatran... More

Fantastic! That's how we felt. We arrived the night before surprised at how chilly it was. We were rewarded with great views in the morning. It was lovely having breakfast alfresco looking out to cloud-covered majestic mountains and coffee at night under the clear starry skies. We were treated so well.... from the security guard right to the oh-so-hospitable manager.... More
