Five Guys had nothing on the burger and fries. Both excellent! Not the place for gourmet dining, agreed, not sure I'd get anything other than a burger, although one person at the bar said the swamp cabbage was "outstanding". The burger sure was.

We've passed this place several times and I had found some reviews saying it was charming. It is not charming--it is filthy. I'm not a hygiene freak, but it was so dirty that I opted to NOT use the bathroom sink to wash my hands. Everything in there is broken, chipped, warped, or missing entirely. The woman who served us... More

I previously wrote a review for this restaurant that never got in. So here i go again Sign out front said "juicy hamburgers and green fried tomatoes" sounded good and often these little hole in the a wall restaurants are good> OMG! food was terrible, hamburgers so dry we could not even eat them. Fried green tomatoes were mushy red... More

My Husband and I drove from our home in Kissimmee to the restaurant for Lunch. We saw a snippet about it being reopened on TV I think the TV crew must have gone to a different place than I did. On entering the we liked the originality but didn't expect this to include dirt and dust and the wood paneling peeling... More

A decade ago this place was ideal for rich history and a very friendly experience. A colleague and I decided to re-visit this once memorable place. We discovered the place had been leased out. No longer ran by Miss Zicheck. Upon entering the establishment a lot had changed. The restaurant looked stripped & bare and the waitress had little to... More

on a recent Trip to Siesta key we stopped here to have lunch, because of the reviews others had placed on here. it was around Noon on a weekday and the place appeared to be abandoned. We did not see a sign stating it was closed for the season/ construction. Not sure if this place is still in business. Make... More

We called the number from their website two days before our arrival. They took our name and said we would have room. (They did not ask for a credit card.) We arrived at 3:30pm today. The office for the hotel was closed and locked. The restaurant had a sign that said "Open soon." We called the number from the website... More

We had planned to stay the night but changed our mind after seeing the motel. But we did have a marvelous hamburger that was almost two meals. They give you magic markers to leave your signature wherever you can find an empty space. The waitress's were eager to please and give information. Once there was a museum upstairs in what... More
