My wife and I were visiting in the area and our travel agent booked us at the Hyatt. As just about everyone else we got lost attempting to find it. Even though we arrived past the check in time our room was not ready and we had to wait 45 minutes before we could get in. We asked for a... More

This was a very nice resort. The location was average but in a very exclusive Fort Lauderdale area. The room was very nice and roomy; however the curtains and the bed comforter had about 2 inches thick of dust. I took my daughter and her cousin to the pool area and they had a nice size heated pool with a... More

We visited the Hyatt regency Bonaventure as part of a conference. Overall the hotel was overpriced, in poor condition and expensive. High points: Michael, the night desk clerk was a godsend. He was attentive and worked diligently over two days to insure our comfort. Low points: Maintenance staff had no clue about customer service. We arrived to a man pressure... More

I was really looking forward to spending two nights in this hotel before the 4 of us boarded our cruise. We checked in at around 6pm in the evening (so not overly late by any means). Well we tried to check-in, only to be told that the hotel was overbooked and they didn’t have the 2 rooms for us that... More

With a balcony view of a meadering stream, mooching ducks, and a large, gorgeous, albeit shy iguana, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Desk personnel were very accomodating. A out-of order lamp was dealt with expediently, a note was left, indicating that while we were out, the repair was made, and a follow-up call tied it all up,... More

We loved the Hyatt as a get away. We met Dottie, the One-Legged Duck while we were there recently. Please try to find her and feed her if you stay at this property. She needs our help to survive. She lost her leg to a reckless fisherman's line. See the blog I have started to save her: http://tinyurl.com/yab4kkf Please report... More

Can be a little tricky to find even with GPS as in middle of surburban area. Looks nothing special from outside but our room (upgraded to a suite) was very good with views over a lake. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive and only 10 minutes from Sawgrass Mills. Breakfast is buffet or from the menu. My... More

Stayed 3 nights starting 5th november. Difficult to find, but had a GPS, so ok. Arrived evening aroung 09.00pm. Very very noisy reception and bar area, as a conference was having an evening in the bar, and ALL of the outside patio and pool area. The key card machine wasn't working, so we had to wait to be able to... More
