First off, let me say Cocos is a beautiful hotel on an amazing beach in Antigua. Sure, you need to make up the hill to the rooms, which may be an issue for some but honestly with all the lounging around you do and the amazing food - you really do need some exercise. Overall, we had an amazing time... More

Coco's is what the Caribbean should be - forget impersonal, large, corporate hotels. Think a hotel where you're known by name, where the staff really do care, where you're made to feel that everyone is there just to make your stay more enjoyable. Yes, there's lots of honeymooners, but, lets get real, who wouldn't feel romantic in a setting such... More

We stayed at Cocos for four nights in July to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. All the recent reviews give the facts about the hotel so I won't repeat them. The accommodation is as described, the food is excellent and the surroundings beautiful. What really stands out are the staff. From the time I first enquired about booking to our... More

The food was wonderful. The menu changed daily and also daily specials on the board. The cocktails were lovely with a daily special on the board. The staff were so nice and friendly and so helpful. Our room was also nice, but quite a hike up the hill which kept us fit and toned the muscles! Stunning views from the... More

My family and I stayed here even though us and one other family were the only families we were still made to feel completely welcome. Cocos is a small comfortable hotel, this gave us the chance to meet other wonderful people from all over the globe and to make new friends with other guests and staff. The view is beautiful... More

We selected this property for our honeymoon. First off, it is definitely designed to provide you with an extremely relaxing, worry free stay. The water and property are beautiful, the blue water of the Caribbean never get old and provide the most amazing backdrop. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. While there is only one restaurant on-site, the menu... More

If you want close to perfection as it gets, go to the Cocos Hotel in Antigua. For some reason, Air Canada rates Cocos as a 3 star resort but that couldn`t be farther from the truth. In my opinion, this is a 4 or 5 star hotel. We saw the other neighbouring, popular resorts and Cocos Hotel was by far... More

Our 10 day honeymoon in Antigua was an absolute dream!! I know some people have had some adverse reviews here, but we have nothing to complain about. The cottages were simple but private and romantic. (Outdoor shower overlooking the ocean! Hammock for two! Four poster bed!) My only advice, if you are a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs... the... We went here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The turquoise blue is breathtaking and it never gets old. This is not your typical hotel or vacation. Be prepared to be lazy! You won't find a nightlife or a lot of "action" going on - but that was just fine with us. The beach is amazing and... More

This is my first review on Trip Advisor. Like most of you, I spend a lot of time reading reviews and debating whether to trust them, or not. Regarding Cocos Hotel, if you understand that the resort is rustic and intimate, trust the reviews and go! The best part of this resort is the staff - as others have said,... More
