Booked this hotel through Expedia for trip to the Super Bowl. Upon arrival...finally...hard to find if given directions from car rental people. Spent a night here after flying into West Palm airport. Flawless stay with clean rooms and outstanding personal service. Everything and more that can be expected from Hilton Garden Inn. Only warning is that this is near the airport and not near beaches, shopping etc.

Everything was great with the hotel but it's not near anything and even a morning walk/run is not enjoyable. The room also has a air conditioner unit that is noisy (not central air). The staff was outstanding and the pool was nice...it's just has a lonely feel lto it

I stay at HGIs often for business and I found this one to be one of the nicest out there. I have no complaints and the hotel was conveniently located between the airport and city place!
