Grandview Gardens is a real hidden gem. It's in a lovely, quiet (historic) residential neighborhood and an easy walk to a terrific cafe (The Hive) and a fun food court (Grandview Public Market) with outdoor tables and a variety of ethnic food. We chose it for convenient access to a Spring training baseball game and it could not have been better. The pool and patio offer total relaxation. Our room was spacious (including a large closet), comfortable and spotless. Rebecca, the new manager, could not be more welcoming and helpful. We hope to return and will recommend this place to friends heading to Spring training (or having other reasons to come to West Palm Beach!).

This spot is absolutely charming – a real gem for a peaceful getaway. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms have this cozy, private vibe that's just perfect for unwinding. And let me tell you about mornings here – sipping coffee by the pool as the day starts is pure bliss. It's such a relaxing scene, and it sets the tone for the entire day. I can't wait to plan my next visit here. It's become my go-to spot for a rejuvenating escape.

attention ! flee. They are dishonest people! They announce a magnificent swimming pool and the day of your arrival they tell you that the swimming pool is privatized and that we do not have access to it. we paid a fortune for this rental. it is a scam. In addition, the accommodation has many flaws. The first being smells, but also many other things. I will tell you more about it in a second article. My wife takes the pictures.

I stayed in their separate cottage (Coco) located adjacent to the main property. I am not sure if that is what I booked, or if they placed me there because of availability, but it was a late reservation (just a week in advance). The cottage is a two bedroom house with a separate office, two baths and a kitchen. It is old, and has few updates. The furnishings are also quite old, some of which haven't been cleaned in a while, so cobwebs and grime were abundant. The heating system is ancient, doors lack deadbolts, and the cottage had a lot of oddities that are less charming than unsettling. It smelled heavily of mildew, which I couldn't air out. In short, it should never have been rented out as a premium accommodation. Staffing is very limited - I was never able to actually find a person on site nor speak with anyone directly. Also, the pool is not heated so not usable during the winter months. In short, a pretty bad experience overall. I was able to text with the manager, but he went silent after the first response when I pointed out the problems. The rest of the property looked very nice... but sadly that was not a part of my experience.

We spent a delightful Christmas week 2022 in this beautiful spot, swimming and enjoying the green, residential, historic district. Downtown West Palm Beach is 10 minutes walk north to Rosemary Street through "the keyhole" passage where Florida Ave meets M Street. Supermarket, restaurants, big movie theater: all about 10 minute walk. 5 minutes walk to "The Market" district with shops and restaurants. 25 minutes to walk across the bridge to Palm Beach and its Lake Trail. Or take The Circuit free transport service to Palm Beach. Or if you have a car, plenty of free and safe street parking surrounds the hotel. You have fridge and microwave and toaster and ice, but also access to a full kitchen and dishes in the main house. Coffee and tea provided every morning, not breakfast. Safe, quiet, clean, across from a park. Claudia and her hospitality team are welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. Quiet central air conditioning and heating system worked perfectly. If you prefer a beautiful historic residence over a big chain hotel, this is highly recommended including for longer stays. We had a ball and were car-free. We would definitely come back.

Excellent convenient location short walk to the convention center, across from lovely Park, cute neighborhood, perfect for our needs while we attended a Tony Robbins event. Great to be able to plunge in the courtyard pool before and after long days. Staff was very hospitable and accommodating.
