Depressing neighborhood. Adjascent property is boarded up. This hotel was being renovated and we were put in a room directly under one in which the crew was using an air hammer to remove old tile. unable to hear ourselves shout, we had to repack and move to another room. COCKROACHES!! Was forced to stay here for a music festival in the area. I was there 3 nights, had to move my room because of cockroaches and mini ants. Disgusting!! Too bad because the people that work there are really nice and with a little effort from ownership to work on the place, it could be very acceptable. STAY AWAY!! more

In urgent need of maintenance - paint, cleaning. Items missing in bedroom e.g. smoke detector (just bare wires hanging down from ceiling). Breakfast ends too and staff are rude. I’ve stayed in La Quinta West Palm Beach on October 2004. It was horrible!!! When I was checking in there were two clerks, not friendly or professional. I had to wait for a couple minutes for them to check me in. They did have my reservation but someone changed it from non smoking king with sofa to non smoking doubles.... more
