“Great customer service, perfect airport location”

This hotel is conveniently located close to the West Palm Beach airport. Our suite had a decent size bedroom and separate living room (with small kitchenette). “Good Brand, Bad Service”

“Excellent Hotel”

If you are looking for a fantastic hotel stay look no further. Great Breakfast and fantastic cocktail hour with good snacks. Rooms are big, clean and excellent WiFi. Staff was prompt and friendly. The Hotel is close to City Place and a short drive to the Gardens Mall.

“Great Room at Embassy Suites”

What a great room I had here. We had a whirlpool bath that we shared while watching Dancing with the stars. Great bathroom, beds, etc. Clean and new. Even the AC worked great - usually after the room is occupied it gets too hot and the AC cant keep up - not so here.

“Breathtaking view of the dumpster”

The hotel's website showcases two options for a 2 room king suite, one of them being "Deluxe". The main difference, as quoted from their website, is "This City View Suite showcases a breathtaking view of Downtown West Palm Beach and the aqua blue Atlantic Ocean." “One of the top 3 Embassy's I've every visited.”

I love Embassy Suites. There is no better hotel chain on the planet - offering luxurious space with an amazing, cooked-to-order breakfast and a manager's reception (free cocktails and salty snacks) at a VERY reasonable price. “Very good hotel!”

I was very comfortable in this hotel! It has all ammenities required to have a good night. I was 3 nights and I really relaxed after hard days on work. It's near of airport and at 10 min from downtown.

“Fancy and good quality overall, ridiculous add on fees for meeting rooms though”

Overall very nice, safe, and luxurious seeming hotel. Unsatisified with additional unexplainable fees for use of the meeting room, but overall the room, breakfast and hotel lived up to it's sales hype

“Conference”

The Embassy Suites is a comfortable, spacious hotel which is suited to people who need the facilities but not all the fuss and frills. I will use the hotel again, having the free shuttle bus to downtown shopping plaza helped - the drivers were very polite and helpful. Front of house reception staff need some training!

“Nice place for business stay”

Good location for business trip, not for vacation. So close to West Palm Airport. Hotel updated and very clean. Bed was comfortable.
