Pleasant boutique-style in the El Cid district. Close to runner's waterside paradise (and the airport), but not many restaurants. Major issue is noise transmission through an old building with hard surfaces and rooms opening into the lobby. Woken often by the normal activity of a hotel. Nice place, tough to see how you tackle this one but after a transatlantic... More

This hotel is in the heart of the traffic zone. Near major roads, a railroad and on the flight path for the West Palm Beach Airport. Also, not in an area where you can walk anywhere - pretty commercial area next door to an Advance Auto Parts store. Despite the noise, the hotel does create a nice oasis among the... More

Mind you, it's affordable compared to the other choices in West Palm. We were here for a birthday party for an old friend. The party is at a really fance hotel where the rooms are $800 a night. Out of our snack bracket, so we booked this place because it looked pretty good on the internet. It was once one... More

This hotel was a great find in a fabulous location. Literally steps from the intracoastal and the charming El Cid neighborhood, this small hotel has a mix of rooms around courtyards and in a main building. Decorations are kind of modern and a little sparse, but very serviceable. Breakfast was included and consisted of croissants and "sugar sticks" from a... More

We had 2 rooms at this hotel and both were dirty, bug filled, hair in the tub and downright nasty smelling. We felt it was more of a cheap hostel instead of a 3star hotel. The breakfast was awful... Stale bagels, ... Where are the homemade Cuban pastries advertised?...no fruit at all, store bought OJ and lousy coffee. Not at... More

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the historic El Cid neighborhood, two blocks from L Worth Lagoon and a great running path. There are several neighborhood restaurants within easy driving distance. This isn't a five star national chain hotel so don't expect that experience. I'd gladly return.

I couldn't imagine that I would find such a great place at this price during the very touristic season (january) People from the hotel, at the desk, are very welcoming, accomodating and smiling. My room (a small one)was clean and brand new, super cool bathroom. Great breakfast. Perfect location. And a beautiful garden/swimming pool area. I would definitely stay there...this... More

We stayed for one night and thought it was pretty good value for a nice little place not too far from west palm. It's right on the edge of a lovely residential neighborhood and on the other side is this long strip of antique stores. An uber ride to downtown West Palm was only $6. Nice little courtyard and the... More

This could be a great place but first of all there were bugs-lots of them. Second, the furniture, toilet were so low to the ground that it might be for small children. VERY ODD PLACE. Third, there might be a safety issue-doors opened to outdoors with no inside latch-it seemed like maybe you could open them with a credit card... More

We decided to stay at this boutique hotel because it was closed to the Kravis Center where we heard The Tenors sing. Upon arrival, even though we were early for our check in, they had a King size room available by the pool. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The next morning, a continental breakfast was also available. It was... More
