4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

I recently visited Hotel Biba with my boyfriend for vacation purposes . We weren't sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews we saw online and we were happily surprised by how wonderful our experience was . The room was clean and quiet, we had no noise complaints at all even though we were right by the lobby .... More

Staff helpful and dedicated, courtyards always clean as the bar area. I felt my bed was comfortable. Walking around the yard, it was well kept and clean. Pool, and bar area very clean and it is still a little chilly. The breakfast bar wasn't spacious, but the breakfast was nice. Is a great place to stay.

Stayed here one night and wished we would have stayed longer. Older place but well taken care of and good secure area with security cameras all over the place. Decent hot and cold breakfast with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Smaller pool but clean and nicely located within the grounds. Staff was great. Yvonne was very helpful as all of... More

Hotel Biba was the perfect place for me, small and inviting. As I entered the hotel I was greeted by a friendly face at the desk where I was quickly registered and given information about the amenities. I loved the crisp white linen and the clean lines of the décor. The next morning I passed what I guessed was the maintenance... More

As can be seen in the pictures, they have nice rooms. But you can´t sleep in them: lot of noise from trains, aeroplanes at nights and unfortunately we had to listen neighbours who had party at night time (two nights). The room is totally overpriced: Wifi didn´t work properly. There is no refrigerator, no coffee machine, no clother hangers in... More

The hotel is really nice, clean comfortable rooms. The staff is super attentive, and extremely friendly. The courtyard is beautiful to sit in, and my kids loved the pool. The only problem was the fact that the walls are paper thin. You are near the airport, and we heard planes going over, and a train passing by in the night,... More

Had a horrible experience at this hotel. I reserved a week in advance on the Hotel website and kept my confirmation email. Showed up at 7:30 pm to check-in and, after waiting 10 minutes, was told that they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation and they basically shrugged, said they were sorry, but the hotel was full.... More

This place looks cute and charming, like a private garden with villas, but nothing works properly. The (new) manager seemed overwhelmed and the staff seemed clueless, relaying even the smallest question to the manager. Most seriously, on the coldest day of the year, the room heating didn't work. The manager tried but failed to fix it, and we had to... More

Thank you for posting a review ArchitectHonKong regarding your recent stay. Unfortunately, due to the very cold weather experienced here in South Florida recently we encountered... More

We spent two nights at the Hotel Biba. Comfortable bed, super clean. Rooms on the smaller side but ample. Free breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, fruit and croissants. The rooms open onto an open court yard nice for eating breakfast or enjoying the weather. Easy to miss and drive by as it isn't a multiple story hotel with large signage.... More

Pleasant boutique-style in the El Cid district. Close to runner's waterside paradise (and the airport), but not many restaurants. Major issue is noise transmission through an old building with hard surfaces and rooms opening into the lobby. Woken often by the normal activity of a hotel. Nice place, tough to see how you tackle this one but after a transatlantic... More
