We love this hotel, but over the past few years, it has become our home away from home. The owners and staff are wonderful to us. Our room was terrific. God provided the view -- the ocean as the hotel is right on the beach. We can't say enough about The Vero Beach Inn. We'll be back again and again. more

The people were nice but the place has not had any maintenance in years. It feels like since the 1970's. Iron deck bars are rusted, pool is dirty, concrete painting all chipped. The Vero Beach Inn is a great place to stay on the beach. All staff are friendly, courteous,and helpful. It's like staying with long time friends. The hotel needs major renovation. The beds need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. It felt as though I was sleeping on a springy piece of cardboard. My husband and I were most impressed with this resort. Our room/suite was beautiful and the pool and view of the ocean lovely. But, what really made an impression on us was the outstanding courtesy and friendliness of the staff. We checked in for 6 days. We stayed the first night and checked out the next morning. The property is old, dirty and in disrepair. Our mattress was badly stained, the entry door was broken across the middle as if kicked in, and there was mold in the bathroom. This property is in a GREAT location, directly on the beach.... more

We have stayed here several times and always had a great time. The hotel is old and does need updates but .. everyone is friendly, the rooms are clean and decent but the best part is the location. Right on the beach. What more could you ask for. has a funky little bar with friendly people. We'll be back soon. more
