I stayed at this hotel in May 2008 and the hotel was very dirty and nasty! The bathroom has mold all around the shower and toilet. The carpet had stains all over, ceilings had roof leaks and furniture was extremely nasty. My wife and I stayed at the HI-Oceanside for a couple of nights, June 27th/28th. While we had a parking lot, double queen room, it was clean and quiet. The pool area is nice and we had no problem getting a lounge chair. The pool itself could use a good scrubbing, but water was clean. The beach area is great.... more
