I went to the driftwood resort four consecutive years for a week stay in the summer. You cannot beat the price, pool , ocean view bar and restaurant. They have the best mahi mahi fingers and sandwich I ever had. I sure hope I get a chance to make it back here again sometime soon

I thought the rooms were very nice, clean comfortable and off season rate was great! However finding the room was not fun at night seeing that we arrived late. Thank goodness the lady at the front desk was locking up and helped us. Signs would be a help! Great area. Great view! Also maybe a vending machine so you could... More

Well, it's clear that when they built this place, they had a cabin style in mind, and while that style may be out-of-date at most places, it rings true at the Driftwood Resort. The rooms are 60's & 70's style decor with plenty of nostalgia. It is nice to have a full size refrigerator and dinette if you need one.... More

This is NOT your polished modern Florida beach hotel. The original building was built in the 1930's. It has been upgraded inside yet looks like the original on the outside. There are now 4 or 5 buildings on the property so I recommend calling the very personable staff and tell them what you want. I loved the old building as... More

The location of the resort is excellent. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, and you are right on the beach! The condo was clean and spacious. The history is fascinating and the restaurant was great. The parking is tight but they have an attendant on duty that is extremely helpful. Great stay and will stay again!

We spent 6 nights here in February. I had made reservations several months earlier and was a bit nervous because they do not send email confirmations or require a down payment, etc. However, our room was ready as promised. Our room 124B was well priced, large and clean. It did not, however, have a real window - only sidelights by... More

I love the view, but for the price it should be much, much cleaner. The room is quaint with lovely, old wooden paneling and cabinets that are sticky and filmy like an extended stay motel not a resort.

Stayed here several times. Right on the Ocean, if you rent one of their 2 story units the Ocean appears to go right under the room. Every time you open the door to the room you never know what to expect and we are always pleasantly surprised. Has a great restaurant and is walking distance from several other fine eateries

Thank you for review! The townhouse oceanfront unit you use is a wonderful villa, and so close to the water it really DOES feel like you're in the water. Hope you stay with us again on your next visit. Jeanne Radlet, General Manager More
