Clean, quiet, quaint. No surprises. A lovely spot close to shopping, restaurants and beaches by car, bike or on foot. A wonderful place.

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed at the Venice Ave location for 3 nights and we just loved it. We shared a studio unit right off the pool (#10). It was just the right size for us. We appreciated the almost full kitchen, including a large refidgerator, microwave and dishwasher. The only applicance missing was an oven, but... More

GREAT ROOM! We took a MINI-VACATION with our 19 year old son, so we opted for a 2 bedroom suite. We had plenty of space tostreach out and relax. The room was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking/cleaning.It was three blocks to the beach, and we were provided Beach Cruisers for the short trip.We actually spent most of our... We stayed at the Menendez St. location and were absolutely thrilled with the place. Quiet location, well groomed grounds (we saw 4 baby armadillos!) clean rooms, free computer and internet access. The villas are also equipped with bicycles to enjoy around town or taken to the beach. Three gas grills are available for use under the covered patio, which was... More

Stayed at the Venice Avenue location for 7 nights in April/May 2009. Difficult one to call, but . . . An important point, for me anyway, is that other visitors can make or break a vacation, and this certainly has a bearing on my review. My unit, #2, along with the facilities, was as described on their website and other... More

Venice Beach Villas is a disarming quaint property. Clean and accommodating, the rooms are what you would expect with higher priced condos. Owners on premise daily as to the comfort and coziness. Great locations-minutes to both the beach as well as downtown-shops, bistros and more. We will return with friends!

It's affordable and 2 blocks from the public beach. Not much more you can ask for.

I really liked how clean the rooms and the pool area was. They also offered bikes to their renters for free. There were poolside towels also available. This was a nice little place to stay just a hop, skip, and a jump from Venice Beach.

We stayed at the Menedez Street property and found it comfortable, convenient, clean and relaxing. Had the feel of the old hotels of the 50s with a fresh paint update. Half the price of other inns and B&Bs in the area while avoiding the impersonal chain hotel feel. Easy walking distance to downtown. Easy drive to Casperson or Venice Beach.... More
