We really loved this Inn. Beautifully furnished rooms (ours was one of the two upstairs rooms), and kept immaculately clean. Excellently located B & B for the centre of Venice. Very quiet location, a five minute walk from the main street of Venice. The Inn Keepers, Lois and Jon, were wonderful hosts, unfortunately breakfast timing was a little short. 8:15 to 9:00. and there was no choice apart from fruit juice (3) the rest was as given.

I would give the Horse and Chaise 5+ stars based solely on hospitality, but insignificant flaws prevent granting a top rating. I am very eager for a return visit. Lois the Innkeeper exceeding expectations time after time makes this place exceptional.
