My wife and spent a couple of nights in Venice, Florida, on holiday from the UK, and this was definitely the find of our 2 weeks along the Gulf coast. My husband and I just returned home from a four nights' stay at Banyan House on Venice Island. We wished we could have stayed longer. Spent three nights at Banyan House and loved every minute of it! Room was clean,cozy and welcoming, All the little extra luxuries were there and we loved the grounds and interesting history of this wonderful house. We have stayed at many B&Bs throughout the country. I would say that our favorite, so far, is The Banyan House, in Venice, Fla..The only problem is that the word is getting out, and it's getting harder to book.
