Saw the reviews on Trip Advisor and booked in.. they only had one room left.. which tells you how popular this place is! Great location - 5 mins walk to the beach. Lovely clean rooms, nice pool area. Not far from the Boardwalk restaurants and bars... and quiet enough during the evening... Really enjoyed our stay here and would return more

Although we only got to stay for 2 nites this time, we were sold and will return next year . The apartment was so clean and comfortable. Large bathroom, great kitchen, close proximity to the Gulf, wonderful pool, friendly owners and a parrot with a ton of personality. We felt so relaxed and at home. A real treasure! more

My husband & I planned a last minute trip to Treasure Island. I called the hotel on the same day of arrival and they had a room available, we drove 8 hours from Atlanta to TI. We arrived late (1 am). From the Outside: The property is located on the corner of Gulf Blvd and 120th. Parking is limited but... more

There was a nice warm pool and we were only a ten minute walk to historic John's Pass and a two minute... more

We have stayed at the mardi gras as a family and found that it's proximity to john's pass, st. pete beach and other area attractions makes this place a great value. Nice warm heated pool during the winter month's and ICE cold air during the summer month's. Sunsets just across the street are a can't miss, and don't forget to... more

I rented an efficiency suite at The Mardi Gras for 4 days, 2 of which I was joined by my adult daughter and her sons, ages 15 and 10; the last 2 nights was just my husband and myself. The Mardi Gras is located just across the street from the beach, not more than a one minute walk! There is... more

Very friendly place to stay. Owners live right there and are up early making sure the pool and the grounds are clean. Washer and dryer at the motel for guests was an added help. Great restaurants close by. Other visitors and owners very friendly and made you feel welcome and like you had "come home." Beds comfortable, room clean, and... more
