Someone had suggested for us to stay there to celebrate our anniversary. I called to make a reservation. He quoted a price of around $100 a night. I told him that is not what the web page states. He said so what that is what it is and hung up on me. If that is his attitude while trying to... More

My husband and I have stayed here a couple times and it has all we need. Love the motel room facing the road. We stay nearby all day and are usually there to bath and sleep. Have had no problems. The owner is always busy working and doing maintenance. I call this a diamond in the rough. Prices are great... More

Cheeks here: Stayed hear end of March 2015. Met a friend in the area and recommended Maderia . Found this spot, just over the John's Pass bridge headed south. The place was perfect for what we needed. I had the room #3, over the office, walk out to overlooks the water/beach view/pool. The room was simple but lots of room,... More

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit hesitant upon arriving but Edward was nothing but friendly and accomodating. I called the day before we arrived to advise of our arrival time, which was early afternoon. He stated that would not be a problem. We rented a 1 bedroom efficiency and it had all the basics we needed.... More

I have booked this motel a few times while on vacation in Florida. The value is great, averages around $66 per night (deal for a week's stay) for a studio room. The room comes equipped with a television, a comfortable bed, a table with chairs, kitchen with a stove top, and the bathroom is fairly large. The rooms are definitely... More

We have stayed at this place twice before and would have given it a three to four stars based on our prior experience. Each time we stayed at an efficiency which had a small kitchen. I called in advance of this stay and asked if they had a vacancy for four nights and was told they had an apartment, efficiency... More

Pretty old and needs some updating and repairs. Reasonably clean. Mostly adults. Lots of alcohol being imbibed. Good access to beach. Not a lot of amenities. We stayed in two bedroom unit, but only had one bathroom.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It was the only place with a vacancy. The location was good but the hotel is just creepy. I would not recommend this hotel. We did not have a problem with the manager but it just seemed like an expensive rate for what we were given. It's definitely an old hotel.

We rented a room for one night for a birthday celebration with family. We live locally. We all sat on the beach all day. The only time we were actually on property was when we had pizza delivered. We all ate out on the picnic tables in the pool area. We cleaned up took a quick dip in the pool... More
