My daughter and I didn't have enough warm weather in Ohio this summer so we decided to go fo FL. Found good nonstop flights from Canton/Akron to Tampa and a great rate on a suite of rooms at the Page Terrace. The experience was wonderful. Restaurants such as Sloppy Joes right next door. We could do Clearwater Pier and St.... more

We stayed one week at Treasure Island for the UT-Florida football game and the Page Terrace is still the cleanest and friendliest places to stay. more

Stayed here because of all the positive reviews and we were disappointed. First of all, the guy at the front desk was hardly welcoming. In fact, we found him to be rude during our trip. The rooms were outdated. There were no toiletries except for some soap and barely enough towels. Towels and linens were stained. Found lots of small... more

We stayed in May - other than the seasonal bugs, which I'm sure plagued everyone everywhere in the gulf area, it was FANTASTIC! Very friendly staff, helpful with information/suggestions about the area and places to go/see... we liked it so much, already booked for next year! more

The room was very clean and had a great view of the gulf. The beds could have been a bit softer. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. John's Pass was a short drive away with lots of shops, activities and restaurants. Even though the rooms were... more

We stayed at the Page Terrace and picked it because of the good ratings here on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed because (A) IT IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH, (B) IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION, AND COULD WALK (even tho we had a car) TO GROCERY, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS (C) PRICE...... With that said, there are a few drawbacks... If... more

Stayed here gor four nights and had a great time. Good mix of people, total age range from young families to the old. I loved the locatioon on the beach. Treasure Island always has people on the beach with you, but not as crowded as Clearwater is. If your looking for a large crowd on the beach and lots of... more

This was our second trip to the Page Terrace. it is an absolutely beautiful place, with the three levels of terrace adorning the building. It is right on the beach, walking distance to everything, but Starbuck,s which is 2.7 miles. I love the owners and staff. They are very accommodating. Very clean. Linens, towels, dishes, etc. are provided. Across from... more
