PROS: Clean with friendly staff. If you're looking for a quiet place and have small children this is the place for you. CONS: Small (15 units) with cramped parking. Built in the 50's, without a pool, but now has one. Good size, excellently maintained. Rooms are immaculately clean. Bathrooms dated, but again, CLEAN. Very good economy...quiet with very friendly help....stayed in room 112 with great view.... walking/bike path on gigantic wide beach...accidentally packed away one of the room keys and was told to simply put it in a mailbox, most places would use this as one last chance to get you to open your wallet as you leave..would stay here again!!! more

This was our 5th stay at the Arvilla we love it over there nice get away from everyday life the only problem was we were only there 2 night's clean room's beautiful pool peaceful and relaxing. I can't wait to go back. the staff was kind and helpful. more
