This ESA looked like a half-way house for ex-convicts or the hotel of choice for the producers of 'crime story'. Hotel clerk looked like she just got up. There was hair and soap scum in the tub. Smoke from other rooms could be smelled in ours. Desk staff not friendly, knowlegable, nor helpful with the exception of one shift manager. I could expect more from a lemonaide stand run by children. more
