Booked a 2 bedroom Suite on Expedia, they showed beautiful photos of 2 nice bedrooms and a full kitchen... What a lie ~ when we got there the mini parking lot was full (if you can call it a parking lot as it only holds smart cars - we had a pick up truck), there is only a phone to... More

Not Happy. got there app 9:00PM no staff on site you get your key out of a lock box after calling a office on the lobby phone. Sight out front for $65.00 I paid 134.00 on Hotels .com. Yes I got a very BASIC room bed and small bathroom. No closets no thrills. Gravel parking lot full. I'm not a... More

I stayed in this historic hotel last March on my way South, appreciating the opportunity to relive an experience of years past: the architecture, the communality of the shared coffee space and meeting others there in the AM. I appreciated the wall paper, simplicity of the bath--above all, rooms were spic and span (as my grandmother would say) I loved... More

We where on a bicycle trip to key west and needed a place to stop for the night. This is a no frills inn. If you need a bed and a clean room then this is a good place. Best thing is there is a great coffee shop with pastries next door and a great Cuban cafe so we didn't... More

The Inn is a historic relic, and staying there makes you feel as if you are back in the 1930's. These are basic rooms, no frills whatsoever. The room was surface clean, but smelled of mold. No place to hang your clothes, no closet-no hangers-no nothing. The air conditioner was from the 1950's and only worked occasionally. We stayed here... More

They keep a sign out in front advertising rooms @ $69. I spent 5 nights there and got charged over $525.00!!! Not once was my room cleaned or bed made. In fact if you want a change of towels you'll be charged something like $7.50 extra for them. The room was small and smelled!! You need to let the water... More

At $88 including tax for a queen sized room, we were expecting something reasonable - we had paid a week previously just $3 more for a king sized room at the Hilton in central Washington DC and only $10 more for a large suit in Naples. But the hotel was shabby; rooms were small; no reception staff (you have to... More

Stayed here last minute on our away to key west, reception was a little hard to work out, it's done by phone and key pad. The room itself was okay bed comfy and clean. Kitchen equipment was fine although the washer had someone's washing in all night. Coffee shop next door okay. Sat outside in the garden which needs tidying... More

Booked same day I stayed. Only hotel I could find that was cheap. There were a bunch of little problems that annoyed the heck of me. One, the walls are like paper. You can hear people from the room next to you. No central A/C. The wall A/C looked old and its remote didn't have batteries. There was no guide... More

My wife and I spent one night at the HTIC. The room itself was fine; clean, no bedbugs, comfortable bed, adequate water pressure. However, it was right next to busy Hwy. 1, so that we were awakened by traffic at 5 AM. Not a big deal for me, but my wife really wanted to sleep. If you stay here and... More
