From the outside it looks new and well kept. On the inside ............... not so much. The room felt dirty. The carpet needed cleaning in the room and the pillows were well used. Nothing to write home about just an average room, view was beautiful on the water. Room was quiet, clean, well used. Continental breakfast was good, hostess kept everything filled for lots of hungry eaters! This hotel is very easy to fine, clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Sits less than a minute from main road to Clearwater, but with none of the freeway noise. Right next door is Bahamas Breeze restauranat,(advise ,you make a reservation as it gets very busy).
