the location was great, close to attractions. Room was very disappointing. Carpet was very dirty, room had an odor, definetely needs some updating and renovation. The pool and waterfall outside was beautiful and well taken care of. The front desk receptionist was extremely wonderful. We had booked online and she couldn't find our reservation but gave us our rooms at... More

I had paid for the hotel for 2 nights, when I went to the room, it was dirty, unclean, smell really bad, bed has some bedbugs, after spend one night on it I leave the hotel, and the people from there even didn´t ask me why I leave before the room. The only good thing of the hotel is the... More

My family and I have stayed there now 2 times once for a week and then just 1 night. Nice and clean, friendly service, good buffet breakfast, they also have a good pool area for children. I won't stay at another hotel in tampa. This hotel is great for one night or for several nights. Everything is close too busch... More

The hotel was nothing special and what we expected for the price. The room was a fair size and had a fridge. The room was a little dated and could do with a refub. We were given a 'pool view' which was actually a view of the vending machines and a wall. The staff were uncaring and ignored us when... More

The title sums up my review accurately. The rooms are in major need of renovation. Had to leave the 1st room I was in because part of the roof in the bathroom fell. The second room wasn't very "homely" feeling. Bed not very comfortable. But with all this said, the location is great. Near eateries and shopping mall. The pool... More

After seeing the reviews I was a little nervous about staying here, but from the check in to checking out we received great customer service. The rooms are okay, and your average room...you get what you pay for, and for the price I couldn't ask for rooms any better! First breakfast buffet made the stay even better, and the pools... More

This place is disgusting. We booked a room here because it was cheap and close to Busch Gardens. Absolutely none of mattered after we walked into our room. It smelled awful (it was a nonsmoking room) and the bed had several wet spots on it (hence the "disgusting" description). We immediately walked right back out and cancelled the reservation that... A friend told me that when I was in Tampa to make sure and stay at this hotel. Well I did and let me tell you.... boy was I surprised. This place is a lot more than just a hotel... it's almost a resort in it's self! The 2 pools were much more than just a pool. The kids pool... More
