I have stayed here three times over the past five years, always as part of a special event. I never expected (or received) five-star service, but I always appreciated the value I got for my money. I would stay here again, and it's unfortunate that others had such negative experiences. more

I left after taking one look at the room. I ran as fast as I could. I was in town working at the Super Bowl. Apparently my employer's travel office never sent anyone to actually look at this hotel.
