I had stayed when it was Wellsley. It was much nicer then I thought. It was over-run by dogs. I could hear barking and even two dog fights in the hallway. Notice: Hollihans restaurant right in front of hotel has changed to a Men's strip club. I was very disappointed since the website had stated it was behind a restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay at the ESA-Deluxe in Tampa. It was very relaxing and quiet even though they're presently remodeling the hotel. All of the rooms had already been remodeled and they look great! The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The price was also reasonable. Stayed here night before we left on a Cruise. Hotel was wonderful! Clean and staff was very friendly. Cont. Breakfast we GREAT. Would recomend as a pre-cruise hotel.
