Arrived after 10 with a sleeping toddler and luggage. No elevators that worked, no offer from staff to help with luggage and an A/C that sounded like a Mack Truck with no muffler and had to be shut off so we could sleep (tough to do in South Florida). Overall, the hotel doesn't make the cut for the Hilton/Hampton brand.... More

Definitely my favorite hotel when traveling. The customer service is top notch, I feel safe and comfortable, and the breakfast always aims to please. I wish there was a way to pay to just have breakfast at the hotel on mornings I'm early heading into work without having to be a guest of the hotel. :)

Quick painless check-in. No worries check-out. Friendly, helpful people Clean Comfortable Rooms Quiet Good breakfast Convenient location to the Brandon area and I-75 All in all no worries here. The place is new, clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient.

Charlotte greeted us on arrival and check-out. She was hands down the best part of our experience and the only good part. The hotel room was dirty, the AC did not work and the carpet in the room was sticky. I would expect this from a motel, not a Hampton Inn for $100/night. Very friendly staff, very nice breakfast included and not your typical continental. Hot foods with eggs, meats and a variety of pastries and bread. Small pool but nice and clean. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. The lobby is large and plenty of seating for breakfast or to just lounge around. Great rate for a very respectable hotel.

The staff at this location was very accommodating and went of their way to make our stay a great experience. The location is convenient to the Brandon mall and food. It is difficult to get out on to Faulkenberg road during rush hour traffic. That was the only negative we had during our stay. Very clean, great staff, and pleasant... More

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel in the area. My only complaint was that it was difficult to turn left onto the main road during the day. Traffic is very steadily heavy there.

A young lady at the reception desk didn't provide the basic service requested. I had my old parents with me. They needed an extra blanket and creamer and sugar for coffee. I requested these thing twice in 3 days we stayed there but never rec'd the stuff we needed. Very disappointed.
