I chose this hotel based on other T/A reviews and feel the need to say; this is THE best chain hotel I've ever been in. ALL the staff are friendly and courteous (Eduardo {the night guy} always had a smile and nice word when i came in). all in all 5 star treatment/ facility @ 3 star prices.

Excellent hotel. We came with a small group and were extremely pleased. The hotel is clean and the staff is very curteous. Transportation services to the parks were efficient, and the breakfast was good. Comfortable rooms, good TV channel selection and nice amenities. I will stay here are my next visit to Busch Gardens.
