Positive: The rooms are nice and clean w/ modern decor. Negative: The staff at check-in were completely clueless and apathetic. It's obvious that the management here does not pride itself on customer service. "Room with a view" is mostly the side of the building and the top of the parking garage with a small distant peek at the bay. more
