We've stayed in other hotels that have promised transportation, but none that handled our needs as well as this one. Airport pickup, drive to our cruise ship, touring advice - all from our employee/guide, Michael. Our room was clean and quiet, and we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning. All staff members were very upbeat and nice.
