This is the 2nd time I stayed at this Hilton and the first time was about 10 year ago. The property has aged pretty well. Found the hotel for $65 and stayed here Multiple nights. It is an old Hilton, but kept up well. Pool has a very sterile feel, but plenty of chairs. I have stayed here many time during business trips to Tampa. The hotel is within a few minutes (shuttle) of the airport but also close to two shopping malls. i just stayed one night, April 2 while on business. I really liked this hotel. It was totally updated, from the lobby to the rooms. The room had a flat screen television. The bathroom was updated with granite counters. The hotel offered an evening reception from 5-7. The pool are was very nice and equipped with plenty of lounge chairs.... more

Stayed at the Hilton for three nights over the weekend... no problems at all. The staff was attentive and accomodating when required. The hotle can use a little updating, in fact there is a renovation scheduled to start 9/21. The hotel is located close to everything, shopping, restaurants, etc. I would stay there again. more
