The bed was comfortable. The kitchen lacked a can opener and coffee is extra. Ice machine needs a key from front desk to get into. If you are low maintenance you will have no problem. I would stay again after another Raymond James event.

As many of the older extended stay places in Florida, it has seen its fare share of ware'tear, heat and humidity. Room was very clean, no outside noise. A/C was loud and difficult to regulate and it needed to be running constantly due to heat and humidity. Many good neighborhood food choices.

Noisy, damaged carpets, dirty curtains, basically needs a huge make over. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 3 months (during the weekdays) while commuting for business. The rooms are basic but clean. The hotel is right for the price. Rooms are non-smoking and are equipped with stove, microwave, dishes, pots, and refrig! Room could use a little repair but other then that nights were quiet and room was comfortable!

We were in Tampa on family business; I almost didn't make reservations due to negative reviews I had read. Our experience was very positive: We had room at back: very quiet; clean, comfortable. Weekly room service not a problem, since you can exchange your towels at office anytime. Excellent value.
