Excellent Excellent The best part of this hotel is the shuttle service.We use it to go to Ybor and to the Cruiseship terminal.The room was clean and comfortable.We had a 2 bedroom suite which was big enough for the four of us.The price including free breakfast and shuttle service was very good.The staff was very friendly.Would book again.

Stayed one night before a cruise, very nice hotel. Great service, very clean, nice room, and the breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day. Really enjoyed having the free shuttle service, the drivers were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff are super friendly and the hotel is very clean. I will stay again if in town. Location is near enough to local eateries and entertainment. Stayed from Sunday through Friday. There is a great pizza place two blocks over called Fusion Pizza which was very good.

Had a challenging time, but since then service has been great. Very clean rooms, well-kept property, and good staff. A good central location for downtown Tampa. Also offer a shuttle service for the downtown area.
