After my Mother-In-Law's death we chose this hotel because other family members were staying here. We had two rooms. In one an alarm went off at 6:30 the first day, after we'd gotten in at 4:00 AM. The desk clerk said "at least you got two good hours of sleep!" Three out of six days the air conditioning was turned off in our rooms when we came back in the evenings -- another person at the desk said that should not be done and apologized, after that it was done in both rooms every day.

The rooms included signs that said to save water sheets would only be changed every third day unless you left the card on the bed. Towels would only be replaced if you left them on the floor. Both were changed every day. My husband finally tracked sheets with a small smudge on them to verify that they were changed. We did have a dirty towel left on the floor near our air conditioner and our sinks left dirty however. Cleaning was completely inconsistent, aside from the... more
