My non-smoking room was clean--very basic, but clean. Micro+Frig included. Bathroom is just adequate, but, also clean. Sign outside says $35--though, I paid $50 including tax and felt it was a fair deal. These older 'row motels' are what they are & likely once had their glory days. Now, some seem to be homes for those down on their luck...

/the outside of this motel is clean and in good enough repair. It has a pleasant looking pool, and looks like it could be some fun 50s kitsch.
Thinking that it could be a good budget find-and I dont expect perfection by any means in a budget motel--I called and was quoted a price of $40----which I thought was great....
