This vintage boutique hotel is absolutely sweet! Clean? You want clean! This place is it. My room a two queen bed/regular bath was knock-out clean. How many times have you stayed at a chain resort and found it untidy, dusty or yuk a dead roach in the room(I have)? You won't find any of that at Tahitian Inn on S.... More

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holidays while visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast in the cafe was convenient and better tasting than average. The hotel had a mid-century ambience about it but we liked the tile floors, palm tree landscaping, unassuming atmosphere.

We stayed at this hotel pre-cruise. The price was right. However when we arrived, they said they had no record of our reservation...which was paid in full already. We were told we were "lucky" they had a room available for us. The rooms were decent, but the shower was terrible and wouldn't turn on without almost breaking, then there wasn't... More

I stayed here during my move from Honolulu to Tampa thinking that would would help ease my transition from Polynesian life to Mainland life. I was so wrong! First it looks better online...not so much in person. And it was fairly overpriced. On first site it was generically tiki themed, not Tahitian. The theme was actually a bit offensive as... More

If you're looking for high class, don't visit this place. If you're looking for a clean room in an old time hotel for a great price, then stay here. This is not a place I would normally book, but a friend set up the stay. For a hotel that is over 60 years old, it's in remarkable condition. The rooms... More

I was looking for a room for one night and free shuttle to the cruise port. We arrived and our room was not ready so we were sent to the pool bar for a free drink. Really nice place and friendly staff. It is worth the little extra to get a suite. Really nice room. Highly recommended

We stayed over night before embarking on our cruise. Our hotel fees also included parking for 8 days. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was ok. A free shuttle dropped us off at the cruise port which was wonderful. We would stay there again. Very convenient.

I wish we would have read the reviews prior to booking and staying. As stated in a previous review the price is nice, but not for what you have to put up with. Don't plan on a quiet and restfull stay. The bar stays open by the pool longer than what the hotel states and the drunks were in full... More

We had a rather large pre cruise stay with 28 people. The staff was excellent, from the outside bar area to the restaurant people they accommodated our every wish. Built in 1952, it us still a family owned venue that is people oriented.

This hotel is very nice for the price. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are very nice. I used the gym every morning, which was small but still useful. However, the hotel is a "drunk hotel". It's a pre and post cruise spot so there are a lot of middle aged people having a drunk week. They're... More
