I was pleasantly surprised with the friendlieness of the staff throughtout my stay. They remembered my name and said hello every time i passed. The courtesy shuttle driver was so plesant and kind. The entire staff seemed happy and always had a smile. It really made my stay better. more

Staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. I'd booked a club level room with continental breakfast, but the club lounge was closed for the weekend. Terrific hotel. Friendly & helpful staff. Great food. Clean and comfortable rooms. Was there for a meeting all week and the meeting rooms are great, new and the staff couldn't have been better. 15 minutes from the Tampa airport. Nice views along the river. more
