My wife and I stayed here on a trip the end of February 2014 on our way from Ft. Meyers Fl. to Orange Beach Al. I am a choice hotels member and spent a wonderful week at a Sleep Inn up in Orange Beach the following week. I was a little disappointed in this hotel in Tallahassee. We had the... More

Nice right off I10. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Free breakfast better than most. Clean comfortable faculties and room. Quiet location with easy in and out freeway access. Everything worked properly. Very nice desk staff helpful and courteous.

We had not planned to stay in Tallahassee but were tired and decided to stop. Needed a place that would take our dog and found Sleep Inn. The reception people were way beyond gracious and helpful as were the cleaning staff. Great people. The room, on the other hand, was pretty old and beat up. We had no issues with... More

In my recent travels, I needed to stop overnight in Tallahassee. I didn't need any frills, just a nice clean room that was quiet. This place fills the bill. Very friendly staff, clean rooms & decent breakfast. AND, the price is certainly right. Great Applebees right down the road. The bourbon sirloin was to die for! Also, great friendly service... More

All sheets were severely stained!!! Disgusting!!! Mattress padding had a huge red stain!!! Pillow cases were stained!! Management and owners were not helpful or accommodating. Bugs in Room!! Hotel smelled really bad, even when walking into the foyer. They still charged me for room after knowing how disgusting it was. A friend of mine tried to cancel her room after... More

Please accept my apology for the inconvenience that you experienced the first night of your stay at our hotel. I understand that having linen on the bed that is stained is unacceptable and I'm glad that we were able to change the linen right away as soon as you mentioned it to my front desk agent. I'm glad to see... More

We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 from or drive from Atlanta. The 2 rooms that we had requested were not ready, so we left for awhile so they could get it together. When we got to check in to our rooms I found them small, but suffice for our needs. The beds were okay. The best part of the... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I'm glad you enjoyed our new Flat screen HD tv's and our signature Sleep Inn shower. We have just finished renovating the pool and it was opened the first week of April. I hope you can come back and enjoy the new pool and again thank you for your patronage. More

The thing that ticked me off the most was that the pool was still closed and locked and dirty with leaves, etc. on March 15th. This was a disappointment because it was nice outside (by my MINN. standards anyway..). The front desk said it's been cold, then hot, then cold outside so pool still closed. All we wanted to do... Thank you for your review. I apologize for the pool being closed when you stayed here. We were renovating the pool area and for safety concerns we could open the pool. It is open now and I hope you can come back and enjoy it. I'm glad you found the hotel to be a good value and a clean place... More

The rooms were smaller and older than other sleep inns. I have two young children and the room only had a shower no bathtub to bath them. The sheet on the bed was torn and cigarette burns on them. The sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. The whole experience was awful. I do not recommend this hotel.

I had a queen room non smoking. Room is small like a Microtel room. I travel alone and was very comfortable. Internet was very fast as I have a lot of paperwork to upload. It did keep dropping in and out but when it worked it was fast. My room was clean and smelled nice. No complaints on the room... More

We love the renovations in this hotel. It is very modern and inviting. The rooms are clean and fresh. Staff is friendly and breakfast was great. Pool was closed but it was very cold anyways. We were told it would be open in march. This was a nice place we found and we will definitely stay here again.
