We got in late and had great customer service at the front end. While the property is older, the rooms have been redone -- bathrooms were updated, fridge, etc. Breakfast was standard continental fare: cereal, bananas, bagels, etc. We paid $50 -- so while it wasn't the best place I've ever stayed, it was well worth the value. more

I stayed at this hotel while in town for businnes. The beds are very comfortable and have down comforter's. There is a fridge in the room which is perfect size for leftovers, and drinks. Clean, quite,excellent AARP price. We were just passing through for a one night stay and it was very adequate with a good continental breakfast. Only complaint would be free internet in lobby, but they charge in your room. Conveniently located off I-10. I would stay here again. more

A good if basic Hampton Inn. Attentive staff. After I told them my coffeemaker wasn't working, it was fixed or replaced the same day. The outlaying location is made up for by its convenience to a main road into town. Warning though: As of 2007 there was much road construction around here that shows no sign of progress. more
